Description The Panorama Human Apoptosis Array is a membrane-based macro-array consisting of cDNAs from 198 genes carefully selected from the latest literature on the basis of their direct involvement in the apoptotic process. 10 ng of PCR-amplified DNA up to 1 kb in length representing each gene is spotted in duplicate on positively charged nylon membranes. The spots are spaced 1.5 mm apart and 2 mm diagonally.
