Description The array contains probes complementary to the full length tRNAs in E. coli, B. subtilis and S. cerevisiae. It can be used to measure tRNA amounts and tRNA charging levels after tagging of all tRNAs based on their 3' CCA by ligation with a tagging oligonucleotide.
