Arrays were custom designed Agilent 8*15k Microarrays [AMADID #020166] containing a minimum of 2 independent probes for each ORF. Probes were 60bp, designed with the Agilent Probe design tool set to Best Distribution. For ORFs whose 2 probes had a history of divergent results in previous designed, 3 additional probes were added [for a total of 5 per ORF]. See manufacturer's website for more details.
