    Exogenous expression of the acidic domain of MZF1 repressed the binding of endogenous MZF1 to IGF1R promoter via blocking the interaction with ETS-like gene 1 (ELK1).     MZF1 gene expression was not significantly correlated with PYROXD2 protein expression in the samples of resected tumor tissues, which revealed that the PYROXD2 promoter transcription activity was determined by the aggregated effect of numerous transcription factors.
