    Results showed that miR-34c suppressed the activity of the NLRP3 inflammasome (NLRP3, ASC, and Caspase-1), thereby alleviating chronic constriction injury-induced neuropathic pain in mice through downregulation of NLRP3 by directly binding the 3'-untranslated region.
