    Data showed that the expression level of RBM3 was higher in human breast cancer tissues compared with adjacent nontumor tissues. A high level of RBM3 was associated with patient lymph node metastasis, high tumor grade and worse overall survival rates. Also, RBM3 upregulated ARPC2 by binding the 3'UTR, contributing to breast cancer progression. These results suggest that RBM3 acts as an oncogene in breast cancer.
