MiR410 was up-regulated in pediatric acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) cases and cells. Bioinformatics analysis and luciferase reporter assay revealed FKBP5 as a direct target of miR410. The overexpression of miR410 accelerated the proliferation and colony formation ability of ALL cells, decreasing cell apoptosis rate by inhibiting activation of Akt signaling pathway. However, FKBP5 could reverse the effects of miR410.
