    Results show that Foxk2 expression was downregulated in lung adenocarcinoma tissues and non-small cell lung cancer cell (NSCLC) lines. Its overexpression suppresses epithelial-mesenchymal transition in NSCLC cells and inhibits cell migration and invasion. Also, the expression of Foxk2 seems to be regulated by miR-1271.
