    Higher expression of CARMA3 in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) was relevant to poor prognostic survival. Down-regulation of CARMA3 inhibited proliferation and colony formation and induced apoptosis in HCC cell lines, while increasing its expression promoted tumorigenesis.
