    NOTUM expression was increased in metastatic cells. Proliferation was suppressed by inhibiting expression of NOTUM. Knockdown of NOTUM genes inhibited proliferation as well as migration, with possible involvement of p38 and c-JUN N-terminal kinase in this process.
