    Summary
    Encodes a epidermally expressed extracellular protein that likely functions as an alpha-beta hydrolase and is required for normal cuticle formation. Homozygous mutant plants are dwarfed and have abnormal leaves, collapsed cells, reduced numbers of trichomes.
