Acts upstream of or within mast cell mediated immunity and regulation of angiotensin levels in blood. Located in Golgi apparatus. Is expressed in several structures, including brain; genitourinary system; liver; lung; and spleen. Orthologous to human NDST2 (N-deacetylase and N-sulfotransferase 2).
