(Submitter supplied) Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an aggressive disease for which new therapeutic interventions are needed. Here, we assessed the cellular response to pharmacological KRAS inhibition, targeting the central oncogenic factor in PDAC.
