A 385K tiling expression array fabricated by Roche NimbleGen (Roche NimbleGen, USA) based on the BpK96243 reference genome PRJNA57733_AssemblyASM1154v1 (Holden et al. 2004). The array contains 384,926 50-mer oligonucleotide probes representing both sense and antisense strands, with an overlapping mean distance of 15 bp between adjacent probes.
