Non-Canonical Targets of HIF1a Impair Oligodendrocyte Progenitor Cell Function [ChIP-Seq]

(Submitter supplied) Mammalian cells respond to insufficient oxygen through transcriptional regulators called hypoxia-inducible factors (HIFs). Although transiently protective, prolonged HIF activity drives distinct pathological responses in different tissues.
