AMD3100 and G-CSF Mobilize Different CD34+ Cell Populations Based on Gene and miRNA Expression

(Submitter supplied) Plerixafor (AMD3100) and G-CSF mobilize peripheral blood stem cells (PBSCs) by different mechanisms. A rhesus macaque model was used to compare plerixafor and G-CSF-mobilized CD34+ cells. Three PBSC concentrates were collected from 3 macaques treated with G-CSF, plerixafor, or plerixafor plus G-CSF. (Submitter supplied) Derived from GPL7089 - CCDTM miRNA850-version 4 Protocol: Oligos sythesized by Operon with 3' amine modification and purified by desalting. Oligos are adjusted to the same concentration and resuspend in 2mM phosphate buffer at 25mM oligo concentration and spotted on CodeLink(TM) Activated Slides (GE Healthcare) using an Omnigrid robotic arrayer (Genomic Solutions).
