(Submitter supplied) Cell type diversity during neuro-ectodermal (NE) differentiation is achieved through selective activation and silencing of neurodevelopmental genes. Here, we show a key role for the histone deacetylase complex MiDAC during neuronal differentiation of mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) into NE.
