Primary bone marrow stromal cells in plasma cell disorders

(Submitter supplied) Multiple myeloma (MM) and its premalignant precursor MGUS (monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance) are clonal plasma cell diseases that develop in the bone marrow (BM) and are dependent on microenvironmental interactions.
