Epigenetic reprogramming at estrogen-receptor binding sites alters the 3D chromatin landscape in endocrine resistant breast cancer [ChIP-seq]

(Submitter supplied) Endocrine therapy resistance invariably develops in estrogen receptor positive (ER+) breast cancer, but the underlying molecular mechanisms are largely unknown.
