Differentially Expressed Mitochondrial Circulating mRNA in Hypothyroidism Could Be Useful as a Survivor Biomarker in Nonthyroidal Illness Syndrome

(Submitter supplied) RNA libraries were constructed from whole blood. We called hypothyroidism differentially expressed genes with the Noiseq. We found a total of 4,197 transcripts regulated by the thyroid hormone present in the peripheral blood. We also found that three hundred and thirty-six (8.01%) were mitochondrial genes type.
