Gene regulation by PCGF1 in hematopoietic progenitor cells [ChIP, MNaseSeq]

(Submitter supplied) Polycomb proteins are epigenetic regulators important for cell fate decision and maintenance. Here we show that PCGF1, one of components of Polycomb repressive complex (PRC) 1 is important for the differentiation of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (HSPCs) towards lymphoid lineage.
