Distinct microglial transcriptional responses during opioid exposure or neuropathic pain [mouse]

(Submitter supplied) In settings of heightened pain sensitivity, such as following peripheral nerve injury (PNI) or opioid-induced hyperalgesia (OIH), microglia take on an activated phenotype.
