This family consist of Cyclopropane-fatty-acyl-phospholipid synthase or CFA synthase EC:2.1.1.79 this enzyme catalyze the reaction: S-adenosyl-L-methionine + phospholipid olefinic fatty acid <=> S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine + phospholipid cyclopropane fatty acid.
