All estimates are shown as % (proportion) of the total responses for each tool. Rank of 1 = used most often. Ranking for delirium screening tools ranged from 1 to 8. ‘Respondent-specified tools’ are tools that were not listed in the survey as response options but were specified by participants in an open-text field that followed the question. Accurate percentages and ranks could not be generated for these tools.
