Eftyhia Helis led the identification of stakeholders and the development of the interview questions, co-conducted stakeholder consultations and contributed to the collection of data, reviewed the report critically for important intellectual content, and provided final approval to the version of the report submitted for publication.

Ethical Issues Analysis

Maxwell Smith, PhD, MCs, assistant professor at the School of Health Studies and co-director at the Health Ethics, Law, & Policy (HELP) Lab, led protocol development for the ethical issues analysis. He screened abstracts and titles, selected articles, conducted the analysis, made revisions based on reviewers’ comments, and provided final approval to the version of the report submitted for publication.

Research Information Science

Kaitryn Campbell and Carolyn Spry designed the database search strategies for all sections of the report.

Carolyn Spry executed the search strategies, completed grey literature searches, maintained search alerts, prepared the search methods and appendix, and provided final approval to the version of the report submitted for publication.

David Kaunelis peer-reviewed the search strategies, assisted with report referencing, and approved the final version of the report submitted for publication.

Program Development
