Summary of Use during Lactation
No information is available on the clinical use of sugammadex during breastfeeding. Because sugammadex is a large, highly polar molecule with a molecular weight of 2002 Da., the amount in milk is likely to be very low and oral absorption by the infant is unlikely. Sugammadex is acceptable to use during breastfeeding.[1-3]
