ClinicalInfo.HIV.gov

ClinicalInfo is an online resource offering treatment information to health care providers caring for people with HIV and AIDS-related illnesses, including prevention and treatment of HIV-related opportunistic infections, prevention of mother-to-child transmission during pregnancy, and information on the prevention of HIV transmission from occupational exposure. ClinicalInfo is also a resource to refer patients to information about their continuum of care. This includes access to information about FDA-approved and investigational HIV/AIDS related drugs, available in both patient and health professional versions.

In September 2020 the Office of AIDS Research (OAR) transitioned the public AIDSinfo.nih.gov website from the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to OAR and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Infectious Diseases and HIV/AIDS Policy (OIDP), which manages HIV.gov. The websitee has been renamed ClinicalInfo.HIV.gov.
