Radiograph of child with HES7-related SCDO. Segmentation anomalies of all vertebrae are severe. The vertebral pedicles are relatively prominent ("tramline" sign) compared with those of DLL3-related SCDO. These radiographic findings resemble those of spondylothoracic dysostosis (STD) (see Figure 11).
