Summary of Use during Lactation
No information is available on the clinical use of xanomeline or trospium during breastfeeding. Trospium is unlikely to enter milk because it is a charged molecule. If a mother requires xanomeline and trospium, it is not a reason to discontinue breastfeeding. Monitor the infant for vomiting, diarrhea, abnormal movements and adequate weight gain.
