Rescue of axon outgrowth deficit in TDP-43-knockdown neurons by Rp overexpression. A. Representative images of neurons in each condition. B. Axon length in each group. Rpl41, Rpl26, Rps7 and Rplp1 were examined as representative Rp components. Results indicate mean ± standard error. *P < 0.001 compared with control neurons, and #P < 0.005 compared with TDP-43 KD neurons by one-way ANOVA test. KD, knockdown; Rp, cytoplasmic ribosomal protein.
