Spleen anatomy includes visceral surface, diaphragmatic surface, short gastric vessels, renal surface, splenorenal (lienorenal) ligament, splenic artery, left gastro omental (gastroepiploic) vessels, inferior border, splenic vein, posterior extremity, gastrosplenic ligament, gastric surface, superior margin, hilum, colic surface, and anterior extremity.
