Elevated Right Hemidiaphragm

Elevated Right Hemidiaphragm. The image shows the chest x-ray of a patient who sustained a traumatic root avulsion brachial plexus injury. Notably, the elevated right hemidiaphragm indicates associated phrenic nerve injury. The patient also sustained fractures to the right midshaft clavicle and right first and second ribs.
