Figure 79 displays a meta-graph of studies reporting the mean difference of SGAs versus placebo for global impressions of severity using Tourette’s Syndrome CGI-S in tic disorders. Our meta-graph showed that both Aripiprazole (1 trial, 61 subjects; MD, −0.60; 95% CI, −1.19 to −0.01) reduced severity relative to placebo. For Ziprasidone (1 trial, 28 subjects; MD, −0.70; 95%CI, −1.42 to 0.02) there was no statistically significant difference between groups.
