A. ML218 (1μM) reversibly blocks the T-type Ca2+ currents elicited by depolarizing steps to −30mV from a Vh of −100mV (n=3). Recordings were made in the presence of TTX (1μM) and TEA (20mM). B. ML218 (1μM) has no effect on TTX-sensitive Na+ currents elicited by depolarization to −30mV from Vh of −100mV (n=3). C. ML218 (1μM) has no effect on outward K+ currents elicited by depolarization to 70mV from a Vh of −60mV (n=3) after blocking Ca2+ and Na+ channels.
