ML278 was examined for the ability to modify endocytosis of Alexa fluor-594 labeled transferrin in [ldl]mSR-BI cells with DMSO (A) or 35 µM ML278 (B) (AID 602134).

Note: The localization of labeled transferrin throughout the cell and in particular the punctate cytoplasmic staining indicative of the endosomal compartment. Images at 40x magnification are shown.
