Description

Manduca sexta 5th instar larvae from a NC field population sampled at 30 degrees at time point 1 after exposure to fluctuations of 30 plus and minus 5 degrees during development. RNAseq data is provided from three biological replicates (each biological replicate contained RNA from three pooled individuals), each run on three sequencing lanes.
