Description

First strand cDNA was primed with a NotI-polyT primer [5'-AACTGGAAGAATTCGCGGCCGCAGGAATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT-3']. Double-stranded cDNA was ligated with EcoRI adapters (Pharmacia), digested with NotI, and ligated into the EcoRI/NotI sites of the pGEM11Zf vector. The library was NOT normalized.
