Description

At stage 8 ectoderm of Xenopus laevis embryos were cut and disaggregated. The cells were treated with activin at a concentration to induce endodermal tissue. Afterwards the reaggregated cells were cultured until control sibling embryos reaching stage 12/13. An expression library was constructed from such induced endodermal tissue using ZAP Express Kits.
