Description

The library was constructed by Irina Ronko and Dr. Makedonka Dautova (mdautova@watson.wustl.edu) at Washington University, St.Louis. Oligo (dT)-SL1 based library. Meloidogyne incognita J2/J3 cDNA PCR products of size >400 nucleotides containing SL1 on the 5'end and oligo (dT) on the 3' end were non-directionally cloned into pCRII-TOPO(Invitrogen) following the Topo TA cloning protocol. Roots infected with Meloidogyne incognita were provided by Dr.Barry Shortt at Divergence,Inc. (shortt@divergence.com).
