Description

Protocols: Stroke model: Old or young C57BL/6J male mice were subjected to the left cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO), this surgery will cause ischemic stroke in mice. Mouse feces were harvested and stored at -80°C until further use. DNA was extracted per the manual of Power Lyzer Power soil DNA isolation kit (QIAGEN). per the protocol of \16S Ribosomal RNA Gene Amplicons for the Illumina MiSeq System\.
