Description

We got the transcriptome data of no-gall tiusse and near-gall tiusse, so we can compared the expression of all genes in needful time among three samples( transcriptome data of horned gall: PRJNA482730). So, we got the different expressed genes in most of physiological processes pathway, that help us to analyze the lots of phenomenon in horned gall formation.
