Genome Information for Vigna angularis
The Chinese cultivar ‘Jingnong 6’, which is widely planted and commonly used in modern adzuki bean breeding, was sequenced using the whole genome shotgun approach with the HiSeq2000 sequencing platform. After filtering the low quality reads ,we obtained 168x coverage of the adzuki bean genome.
