Candida dubliniensis CD36

WGS sequencing

See Genome Information for Candida dubliniensis
The Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute sequenced the Candida dubliniensis strain CD36 genome at 11X coverage using whole genome shotgun (WGS) sequencing. They generated 8 chromosomal contigs larger than 100kb with a total length of 14.6 Mb. These contigs represent the majority of a haploid assembly.
