We resequenced and assembled three common human gut bacteria, Bacteroides caccae, Blautia hansenii, and Clostridium bolteae, using Illumina and ONT nanopore sequencing. These were assembled using SPAdes (3.10.0) in hybrid mode and circularized with Circlator.
