In order to explore the structure and function of microbial community in grass carp intestine, we fed our fishes with non-cellulose content food, then we collected the gut content and named it DF3298. We sequenced the metatranscriptome of microbial community of the content. Finally we assembled the reads into contigs and scaffords, and now the data we try to submit is the total contigs which constitute the scaffords larger than 500 bp. Less...
