Halle wild barley pan-genome raw data and assemblies. A minimum of two HiFi SMRTbell libraries were prepared for each selected barley genotype as per the protocol ‘Procedure & Checklist - Preparing HiFi SMRTbell® Libraries using SMRTbell Express Template Prep Kit 2.0’. In situ Hi-C libraries were prepared from one week old barley seedlings.
