This project contains the nucleotide data used in the the comprehensive comparative genomic and proteomic studies done on the bacteria of Gemmataceae taxonomical family. Gemmataceae are known for complex cellular structure and and many other remarkable features. However, the genetics underlying these features is yet to be explored. This study describes the systematic evolution of some of these features and tries to resolve the major controversies regarding their connection to the eukaryotes and the peptidoglycan cell wall. Genome of Gemmatacea sp. CJuql4 was assembled using Illumina and Pacbio data. Description of sequence data:(Pacbio): Mean length= 8513 bases, Coverage=60x (Illumina_short): Length=100, coverage=200x, mean pair gap=2780 bases (Illumina_long):Length=100, coverage=333x, mean pair gap=385 bases A base assembly was generated using the PacBio data with HGAP assembly software.
