The structure and diversity of endophytic communities in the coralloid roots of 10 Cycas species (including different sections of Cycas) under ex situ protection at Kunming Botanical Garden were collected to investigate the composition and diversity of endophytes in coralloid roots, as well as identify the core microbiome present across all Cycas species.
