Sequences for the ant species Formica neoclara. Includes reads from 2016, 2017, and 2019. Ants were sampled from a wide range across western North America, including California, Alberta, British Columbia, and Idaho. Goals include determining social organization of respective colonies, the presence of specific genetic architecture(s), and geographic genetic structure.
