Transcriptome analysis for gall formation in Eurya japonica

Purpose is to understand the molecular mechanism of gall development. RNA from galls induced by Borboryctis euryae on Eurya jaopnica leaves was extracted and sequenced. RNA from leaves was used as reference (control).
